It's not too late to make a change....

Just some things think about.....

Go to bed when your sick instead of pretending the earth will go into a holding pattern if you weren't there for the day.

Go ahead and burn the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melts in storage.

Talk less and listen more. (well that will be a tough one)

Invite friends over to dinner even if the carpet is stained, the sofa faded or the kitchen is being remodeled. (ok if the kitchen is getting remodeled that would be a little difficult to do dinner)

Eat the popcorn in the "good" living room and worry much less about the dirt when someone wants to light a fire in the fireplace. (OK if you have ever seen Sam eat popcorn then you know she is never eating it in the house)

Take the time to listen to your father, grandfather, Uncle, or anyone for that matter, ramble about their youth. (except if they start the story by saying ( "I walked to school with no shoes, up hill, in the snow for 5 miles...")

Stop insisting the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because your hair will get messed up. Sit on the lawn with your children and don't worry about grass stains. (well there is the issue of ticks)

Cry and laugh less while watching television and more while watching life. (watching Grey's doesn't count especially the episode when Denny dies...omg I cried for days. YES it is real!!)

Don't just buy something because it is practical, won't show soil or is guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Instead of wishing away nine moths of a pregnancy, Cherish every moment and realize that the wonderment growing inside you is the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.....and really enjoy the food!!

When your kids kiss you impetuously, drive you nuts with 1000 questions (have you met Bella) Never say, "Later. Now go get washed up for dinner."

Say more " I love you's.".

…But mostly, this is your 1 shot at life, Seize every minute…look at it and really see it…live it…and never give it back.

Stop sweating the small stuff. Don't worry about who doesn't like you, who has more, or who's doing what. Instead, let's cherish the relationships we have with those who DO love us.

And what we are doing each day to promote ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally, as well as spiritually. Life is too short to let it pass you by. We only have one shot at this and then it's gone.
