The bathroom or any walls near water get pretty purple sheetrock:

another one wearing the adjustable shoes - I so need a pair!

Photobucket

Then I heard some banging in the garage and ran out to find this:

Photobucket

and this:

Photobucket

any idea what this is???:

Photobucket

Well look what all that turned into - did you guess right??! LOVE THEM!!!! Oh and they open and close with the press of a button and and my truck has a button built in that was also programmed - How cool is that!!!

Photobucket

We interrupt this house mess for some kid mess :)

Steven had his class play an he was a state delegate. The play was about the Great Compromise! He did awesome!

Photobucket

Photobucket

Grandpa was proud!

Photobucket

OK back to house mess!

Can you see it - the dust that is.....ugh it's gonna be the death of me! This week it's gonna get worse. The kids rooms, the kitchen, the living room, my office, Steve's office, 1 bathroom, the new addition, the garage and pool house will all get sanded this week. This DUST will be everywhere!!!!! Shoot me now! I know the dust will get cleaned but the thought of it every where is going to  make me insane.

Day 3,643

Busy few days! Insulators came and went. Do you know the Pink Panther is really the mascot?!?!

Photobucket

Photobucket

I want a pair of these:

Photobucket

it took them less then 4 hours to insulate everything

Photobucket

Since the master is now over the living room the floor of the master needed to be insulted in order to insulate the ceiling in the living room:

Photobucket

My office was expanded - I'm embracing the disorganization I am currently living in.

Photobucket

and the kids got closets:

Photobucket

He's cutting through in Steven's room for a door into the closet:

Photobucket

We had a traffic jam this week - While sheetrock is being delivered:

Photobucket

This guy waited in the street to bring in dry wells:

Photobucket

Here is the sheetrock getting brought right into the garage:

Photobucket

then right through a bedroom window for upstairs:

Photobucket

talk about a tight squeeze:

Photobucket

OK now it's this guys turn:

Photobucket

Photobucket

another tight squeeze:

Photobucket

Anthony slightly confused that he can't get to his swingset but loves the big truck:

Photobucket

So the game plan is to take those 2 wells above stack them on top of each other and place the lid on it and call it a day. Not so simple! Once you dig 3 feet here you hit water. It's as if once you hit just below 3 ft and someone turns on a faucet as if you are filling a bathtub.

Photobucket

Photobucket

Oh see those black tubes sticking out - well those are our sprinkler lines. How lucky are we that he hit EVERY SINGLE ONE!

Photobucket

See the water - this is at almost 4 ft.

Photobucket

So what we did was dig 2 holes for each well which required only two 4ft. holes instead of one 12ft. hole

Photobucket

Photobucket

All filled in:

A quick update. It's been a bit slow since it's just been siding that's going on but now they are at the end and starting tomo the madness starts up again. Insulation goes in tomo and then sheetrock Ya!!!! Walls - I am excited for walls. Walls mean tile and tile means we are coming to the end. 6 weeks left to go - it'll go quick....right?!?! :)

Here's what the house looks like now:

Photobucket

Newly stained front door - that's some professional looking work right there I wonder who did that......hmmmm some crazy Mom with too much time on her hands?!?!

Photobucket

Garage - no doors yet - but clearly is a good storage space

Photobucket

Back porch - looking good!

Photobucket

A whole lotta garbage:

Photobucket

A hot mess:

Photobucket

Some fancy wiring:

Photobucket

Well the kids have a shower base:

Photobucket

and so do we and a fancy seat:

Photobucket

this mess is the controls for the master bath - just a bunch of pipes to me but apparently it's a big deal:

Photobucket

fancy duck work:

Photobucket

1/2 of the attic - the framing in the back there are Sam and Steven's new closets:

Photobucket

other 1/2 of the attic:

Photobucket

After this we will have enough power to supply the whole block:

Photobucket

Head dumbass ripping the driveway:

Photobucket

In all this mess - we brought another bird home.....:

Photobucket
